360 Fotos

This was taken at the basketball court. I took it because i really wanted a picture where you can see the tops of trees and a lot of character to the sky. I love how have the picture is covered by this big ugly grey cloud and then right next to it is this beautiful cloud that shows the baby blue sky and the sun reflecting against it. Not to mention the really cool reflections you can see in the puddles of the basketball court.
I am really happy that this turned out really good. The globe part isn't exactly how i pictured this foto turning out but the layout of the foto is just beautiful. I absolutely love the lights against the black. I am not really a fan of the holidays but these Kristmas lights are just wonderful. And i love the reflections on the ground. It really is just an awesome foto.

This was taken at the park. I really like this because this is a place that i go to all the time and have been going to for years and years, yet i have never seen it quite like this. It gives a new perspective on things because even though you see something all the time, you could do one thing to be able to see it in a whole new light.

My 10 BEST Portraits

The reason i chose jessica to take her foto is because she is someone who has so much character, spunk, and personality that i figured it would be only fair for everyone in the class to see how she makes an amateur fotographer like me look good by her just being herself and acting like the camera isn't there. (It goes from left to right)

This is my first favorite foto of Jessica because she was looking at a leaf and thought it was poop. Which for my immature mind i thought was pretty funny.

This is my second favorite because i just love the colors and i think it captures Jessica's personality and her vibrant way of looking at life.

These two are of the same foto and i like them because they both are so simple in her i dont care face but the way the sepia and cyanotype changes the tone of the foto.
The bigger one is just hillarious and the cross process one is smaller because i personally like how much her eyes pop out of her face but the skin color is a little...red haha.

These are my 6 favorite of Jessica. But hold the fone! You wanted 10 you say? Well that's perfect because while i was walking around tualatin i ran into this old lady who let me take her foto as well. These are my 2 favorite pictures of her:

What is Beauty in Fotography?

To me something that is beautiful is the imperfections against the things people and society call perfection. I do not think that there could ever be an ugly picture, maybe a bad picture because there is nothing to look at, but not an ugly one. If you were to take a picture of the ugliest person in the world, would that be an ugly foto? No i think it would be an ugly person, but the foto would capture the beauty of those imperfections.

I think this picture is ugly because there is nothing in it. Maybe a little light? It's cute but it is not a beautiful picture because there is nothing real about it. Fotos are of real things and there is nothing special about this. No character, no imperfections.

MaCrO FoToS

The ash pile. At first i took this as a joke but the picture came out really good. i like the way that is only a thin line of focus even those everything is only a couple of inches a part.
I love rainbow colors and i love flowers. Therefore this picture is PERFECT <3
I used to dry flowers and these are really dull colored in real life but then i was able to bring life back from the dead. my Frankenstein creation
When we were taking pictures with Film i developed this same bush outside my apartment. This is just a different perspective
This is my lamp while its on. I didn't know that the light on would make the background black when i did a close up. That is cool.
Bo's guitare, yeah my family is purrty red neck haha
This is my pet bird Polly. She is about the size of my pinkie and super cute haha she dont like that i took this foto of her though.
Yea they VHS's
I really like the way that the light reflects off of the surface of the marbles and how dark it makes the background look
This is Foxxy. She wouldn't sit still so im pretty happy with this picture being so clear

The Busy Work We Must Accomplish for Photo

1.
Daguerrotype photography is a picture taken on silvered copper plates. The surface of a daguerrotype represents the kind of photo paper we have today and were the direct replacement of camera obscures.

2.
Albumen print is also known as silver print. It consists of a piece of paper, usually 100% cotton,
>is coated with an emulsion of egg white and salt
>then dried.
>The albumen seals the paper and creates a slightly glossy surface for the sensitizer to rest on.
This process died out around the 21st century.

3.
Stereographic Projection is geometry. It projects a picture in a sphere in the complete shape, requiring two cameras to take in the full 3-D effect. While it became wildly popular in the 1950's, it died down in 1980 because point and shoot cameras became the new and improved picture taking.
4.
Carte de visite is print on thin paper glued to a really thick piece of paper. They were used for photographs of people.

5. Matthew Brady and Alexander Gardner were two photographers who were active and document most of the Civil War. They took photos of the truth in the form of Daguerrotype photography.
